Everything You Need to Know About NiyaPay

NiyaPay is a Sharia-compliant business finance platform that helps small and medium enterprises (SMEs) access fast, ethical funding. We use technology and data to assess your business performance, not just your credit score, and provide flexible short-term financing that helps you grow without interest or hidden fees.

You apply online in just a few minutes by sharing basic business and financial details. Our system analyses your data using AI-powered risk assessment. Once approved, you receive funding through one of our Sharia-compliant structures (such as Murabaha or Tawarruq). You then repay in agreed instalments over the chosen term.

Yes. Every NiyaPay product is structured according to Islamic finance principles — avoiding interest (riba), excessive uncertainty (gharar), and unethical practices. We partner with certified scholars and advisors to ensure full compliance.

Any registered small or medium business in South Africa that has been trading for at least six months and generates consistent revenue can apply. We support retail stores, restaurants, service providers, and e-commerce businesses, among others.

You can access between R50,000 and R1,000,000, depending on your business’s revenue, growth potential, and repayment ability. The more transparent and consistent your business data, the better your offer.

Our goal is speed. Once your application and documents are complete, you can receive an offer within 24–48 hours, and funding can be disbursed shortly thereafter.

Repayment terms range from 1 to 6 months, structured around your cash flow. There are no compounding charges, penalties, or surprise fees — you always know exactly what you owe upfront.

We’re not a traditional lender. We’re your business growth partner. NiyaPay combines AI-driven credit scoring with Sharia-compliant ethics, ensuring fair, transparent, and community-oriented funding that helps you build — not burden — your business.
